Rogue joins the Brotherhood in setting up the X-Men to seemingly attack Senator Kelly's press conference so that the Mutant Registration Act will be passed.

Season 1, episode 8

"Time Bomb"

The Brotherhood take Nitro from the MRD against his will in order to use him as a weapon. Not surprisingly, an uncontrollably exploding mutant doesn't make for great company and the X-Men reluctantly return him to the MRD.

Season 1, episode 11

"Past Discretions"

Agrees to take on an as yet undisclosed mission from Magneto on the condition that he is welcomed back to Genosha.

Season 1, episode 13

"Battle Lines"

The mission Quicksilver has accepted is to take out the X-Men, whilst Magneto sends the Acolytes to destroy the MRD bases. The attack temporarily distracts the X-Men, but ends with the Brotherhood collectively unconscious.

Season 1, episode 18

"Backlash"

Returning to Genosha without invitation, Quicksilver demands that Magneto allow him to return permanently. Magneto dismisses him as a failure, sends him away and instructs the Scarlet Witch to inform the MRD of his whereabouts. Quicksilver leads the Brotherhood to help the X-Men in their attempt to destroy Master Mold.
