Season 3, episode 11
"Cold Comfort"
Iceman is trying to track down Polaris, who it turns out has joined X-Factor (with Quicksilver, Forge, Havok, Multiple Man, Strong Guy and Wolfsbane). Quicksilver is the first of X-Factor to take a hit from the X-Men when he is blinded by Jubilee's fireworks. But don't worry, he has a plan. This plan is to run around Jubilee, suspending her in a cyclone. Maybe forever. It's not a plan that seems to be going anywhere, but we never find out for sure because he is knocked down by an airborne Wolfsbane, courtesy of Beast.
Season 4, episode 6
"Family Ties"
Trippy Wundagore fun with Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch. The twins are called to their father Django's hospital bed where he tells them that they are adopted and they must find Bova the midwife to learn about their real parents. On finding Bova, she tells them about their mother who found Wundagore whilst fleeing from a mutant who had destroyed a village. After giving birth to the twins she left Wundagore, afraid that the mutant would find her, and didn't survive the winter. The mysterious mutant is, of course, Magneto. The twins set out to exact their revenge on Magneto, who's been lured to Wundagore by the High Evolutionary. During the double-crossing and DNA-theft that follows, the High Evolutionary reveals that Magneto is Pietro and Wanda's father, and his wife Magda their mother. They are decidedly unimpressed by this revelation. Magneto takes to the idea pretty quickly, even shouting "Son!" whilst catching an unconscious Quicksilver (when the latter is struck by lightning as the two charge the citadel). Despite Magneto's explanations and obvious regret, the twins do not want anything to do with him.
Season 5, episode 1
"Phalanx Covenant (Part 1)"
Warlock and Beast meet with Forge and Quicksilver to figure out how to stop the Phalanx. They are attacked and need to escape. Quicksilver speeds off to bring their van to the back entrance without considering the consequences of sitting in something made of an easily absorbed material. He is deservedly captured less than two minutes after first appearing. (I'd like to note that I love Sinister's hat 'n' scarf disguise in this episode. It's possible that his other disguises include of a pair of glasses with a fake nose attached, and a badge that says "I am not Mister Sinister".)
Season 5, episode 2
"Phalanx Covenant (Part 2)"
Quicksilver turns up right at the end of the show to give his old man a hug.
